Vision

The vision of CHRC is to be a leading research institution advancing knowledge, policies, and solutions that address climate change's impact on human health. The organisation aims to foster sustainable and resilient communities worldwide.

Mission

Our mission is to conduct high-quality research, advocacy, and capacity building to mitigate health risks associated with climate change. CHRC strives to generate scientific evidence, promote sustainable interventions, and engage policymakers and communities in climate-conscious health strategies.

The Climate and Health Research Center (CHRC) is a dedicated research institution committed to exploring the intersection of climate change and human health. Established in March 2025, the center operates with the mission of generating evidence-based insights, promoting sustainable policies, and fostering collaboration to build climate-resilient health systems.

Core Values of the Climate and Health Research Center (CHRC)

CHRC is committed to conducting high-quality, evidence-based research that informs climate and health policies. The organization upholds rigorous scientific methodologies to ensure credibility and reliability in its findings.

CHRC believes that communities are at the heart of sustainable health solutions and actively involves them in research, advocacy, and program implementation. The organization values inclusivity and respects local knowledge, ensuring that interventions align with the unique needs of diverse populations.

At the Climate and Health Research Center (CHRC), we recognize that the intersection of climate change and public health presents one of the greatest challenges of our time. The increasing burden of climate-sensitive diseases, extreme weather events, and environmental degradation threatens the well-being of vulnerable populations, particularly in underserved communities. CHRC was founded with a vision to bridge the gap between research, policy, and action-ensuring that data-driven solutions translate into tangible health outcomes. Our mission is to foster resilience, advocate for sustainable health policies, and empower communities to adapt to the evolving climate landscape. Through scientific excellence, collaboration, and innovation, we are committed to driving meaningful change and shaping a healthier, climate-resilient future for all. Together, we can create lasting impact and safeguard the health of generations to come.
